I'd like to propose re-adding 拐う. It's obscure, but it does see use. I've listed some 
references where 拐う is read さらう (and definitely not read かどう, which is archaic). Some 
of these refs have no furigana, which suggests that a native speaker could infer the 
reading, so I think having 拐う in here is valuable.

AFAICT, this is identical to 意思決定 – both have same reading いしけってい and meaning (decision-making), so this should be merged as simply an alternative kanji spelling of 意思決定.
As usual, there appears to be *some* nuance expressed by the spelling, though I doubt it’s very consistent (see referenced page for discussion).
(This is usual JMdictDB policy, right – combined entries if only kanji varies?)

Does that mean that the above entry should also have other readings and other references; and perhaps a cross-reference or two?

We can read "二間" as being two x 1.818m [にけん?] or even as a part of the hand structure [じかん(手の甲側)] 

I have not tried to modify the above to accommodate these points because the above does have its special meaning, but I think that it would help to have some additional references so the novice is not left believing that what looks like a counter is only to be read as "ふたま".

According to the definition, the subject is the person who's laughing, not the thing that makes you laugh, but you also have usage like "あの大げさな名前が笑えるよね".
