This is an interesting one. GG5 puts 映り込み and 写り込み in different entries with different glosses:
映り込み: reflection; glare
写り込み: ghost; inadvertent appearance within a photograph
Daijisen (used by Yahoo) has these in a single entry. Daijirin only has 写り込み.
I'm inclined to separate. Other views?

Transliterated, yes, but as a word it's simply not used in Japanese. If a Japanese person wanted to write about Engrish, they'd write "Engrish", not イングリッシュ.

It could correspond to Engrish.

If you look here, Engrish is transliterated as "イングリッシュ": https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/イングリッシュ

I don't agree with "Engrish" sense. The joke doesn't work in Japanese, which is why of the title of the Japanese Wikipedia article is "Engrish", not イングリッシュ. I suggest we drop it.

History:
5. R 2011-02-06 09:36:06  Jim Breen <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
I wrote a long comment last night, and must have forgotten to submit it. I've come round to the view that just one of quite a lot of 一体 + XXX constructions; some of which are more common. A bit like putting all the expressions starting with 全然 or 全部.
4. A* 2011-02-05 23:13:19  Francis
  Refs:

  Comments:
Rene's gloss has the right tone about it.

As for me, the inclusion of the variable ways of expressing something is always useful. I think only of others now because having seen your comments I am quite satisfied about the meaning for my own purposes.
3. A* 2011-02-05 05:27:01  Rene Malenfant <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
'why on earth' would surely be better, but i agree that i'm not sure this is
needed. i think the いったい gloss is clear, and there'd also be no reason not to
add いったいどこ, etc.
2. A* 2011-02-05 04:20:44  Jim Breen <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
I can't really decide if this is needed. It's 一体 + 何故/なぜ, which is much the same as 一体 + 何/なに (the latter is more common.) If we have this one, we should have both.
Don't like the "whyever" much.
1. A* 2011-02-04 12:28:29  Francis
  Refs:
See below.
  Comments:
With masses of Google hits and other similar types of entries in the main dictionary, I am wondering if this should be promoted. I have no doubt that more examples than "whyever" could be included, but not being a natural user of such expressions I will leave any expansion to others. However, we all recognise such expressions when they are used.

If you did decide to promote the above, then the RH, as follows, could be deleted:-

一体何故 【いったいなぜ】 (?) ???; RH
