Need to be broader - "'s" is the wrong register in many situations.
I still want to keep this distinct from the everyday の - these kanji forms are real outliers, and are not in most dictionaries.
We still need to resolve the handling of explanatory "meanings".

I suspect this is a typo/grammatical error for 沸き上がる. It gets 300 hits cf ~600k for 沸き上がる. Also the dictionary ref is for 沸き上がる (that ref doesn't use okurigana at all.)
