* Spelling as 量高 [iK] ?

In class today the teacher (in her 70s) specified that this was written as 量高 though that’s not found in the dictionaries (it is a legit, albeit non-jōyō reading of 量).
I got a few hits online for 量高 with かさだか, but it seems rather irregular and rare (the vast bulk of hits for 量高 are unrelated words as part of some compound).
If I see it written thus in print I’ll add it to the entry, but for now I’m just leaving a comment.

* This term is *much* less common (50× less common) than 宛名 (which is (P)) – Japanese teacher in 70s stated that she wasn’t familiar with 名宛 and clearly considered it non-standard. I don’t think we need to flag this, as (P) does so (and it’s not rare enough to be obscure/rare – may be dialectical), but wanted to note it.

Andy advised: "....this is possibly a word which is frequently used in Mitsubishi, but not too extensively or with
varying definition in the outside world. It is the term which is used for every "Formal Letter" that is sent internally here at .....".
Jim: May be a contraction, perhaps from 公書簡 or something like that.

In GG5 with very unclear definition.
  Comments:
This is used in the Japanese form of “If you see any suspicious package or activities … tell a police officer or MTA employee (etc.)” and seems the main use of the term, AFAICT.
I’ve spelled out the unspoken “potentially a bomb” for clarity.
