I saw this used in a novel from 1999 as 「速攻、メモる。」 when a character was jotting down when and where to meet a friend, so it isn't always used for attacks. I Googled some other non-attack-related verbs with it, and while none of them had a ton of results, it's still more than a handful.

i can't speak to ルミナス, but i don't see this being used adverbially in ALC.  they have 「速攻で＝straight away」, but it's not an adverb there, and the next example makes it clear that they're still talking about a swift ~attack~:

I agree.

i'm sure this is right as sense 4 of もう (e.g. 全くもう):
interjection used to strengthen expression of an emotion (often exasperation).  although i don't think "that's really..." gets the point across well
