I recently commented on 未訳.  Jim agreed with my intuition that this was not [n].  I have a similar intuition for most [adj-no] beginning with 未.

If you do a jmdict advanced search for:

  noun: [check]

You will get 90 matches. Maybe 1/4 of them are glossed with adjectives (the others have a noun stem, like 未使用品).  I would personally remove [n] from nearly all of those. They would need to be hand-checked though.

You can find some more with different English prefixes (in, im, non, not)

You might skim a google book search yourself for "未使用を" to see if there is a convincing argument to leave [n].  In shopping and computer science, there is a common contrast between 使用・未使用, but I think the interpretation in these cases is still as adjectives "used/unused(computer memory, product, etc.)", not as nouns "usage/disusage?".  It's a category that could just as easily have an adjective in the same spot. 新しい/古い...
