I don't think this is needed. It's archaic and all the top n-gram terms and web results appear to be じきしん. |

直心 also has an entry in the kokugos with the reading じきしん. The meaning is similar, but it's Buddhist terminology. Just to complicate it further 直心/じきしん seems to be used in 直心陰流, archery-related products and restaurants. The n-gram count probably derives from these. This probably needs to be a couple of entries. |
