Initially i thought that 有地 by itself would be a useful entry, since it occurs as 
suffix in a variety of contexts, but then i realized that it is not really a 
headword but a combination of the suffix 有 (that belongs to whatever it is 
preceded by) and the denominator 地 that can be replaced by some other 
term. That's why we can't roll expressions of the form 何々有地 (such as 国有
地, 共有地, 公有地, 市有地, 私有地) into one entry...
