I don't think there's a difference in usage and meaning between these two. [Abbr] should be appropriate here since it just is the abbreviated form of ボーイズラブ. I just saw both a lot on e.g. twitter when searching for it, daijs and sankoku only have the non-nakaguro form for the first sense. So I'd make it visible at least. |
