It is included because it is from a range of highly questionable expressions (high 18xxxxxs - low 19xxxxx) that were incorporated as a batch.  I don't think it should be an entry.

Hi, this strikes me as an odd entry if its meaning is as literal as the definition says. I wonder if it is included because it has an idiomatic meaning, but that idiomatic meaning was somehow overlooked when the definition was written (or it was incorrectly assumed that the idiom would be the same in English).
