Iwakoku, meikyo, and sankoku all have a 俗 tag applied to their entries for this word. Shinmeikai describes this word as a 口頭語的表現.

The kokugos only describe the latter senses as particularly vulgar ("乱雑な言い方," "乱暴な言い方," "卑しめて言う語," etc.)

gg5: 馬鹿こけ! | Nonsense! 《英》 Rubbish! 《米》《口》 Bullshit!
  Comments:
Adding a [col] tag to the first sense.
Adding a "to spout (bullshit)" gloss to the second sense to help convey the vulgarity. This is a fairly common expression in American English, at least.
Adding a cross reference in the third sense to びっくらこいた. Most kokugos give it as an example.

It feels weird to me the fart sense is not vulgar but that the other 2 senses are.
