"Buck nigger" is a common enough racist term in English, but there's no evidence that 大きな黒人男 is idiomatic or has any real currency in Japanese. It gets 230 Google hits, is not in any dictionary (except Eijiro, which is an E-J dictionary not a J-E dictionary) and is nothing more than the sum of its parts.
