I guess I have come round to the view that it's really (just) the honorific form of 立てる and if it seemed a bit idiomatic it was due to the fuzziness of 立てる itself. I have checked and we only have a couple of おxxxxになる entries none of which are from regular verbs.
I propose to reject this one.

depends if it's thought to be more idiomatic than any other form, i guess.  it's a 
construction that applies to pretty much any verb, and i'm not sure if this one is 
more special than any other.  お-masu_stem+になる could be a candidate for 
easy addition to wwwjdic's verb conjugation chart.

AFAICT it means: "to raise up", "to establish", etc. Yes, it's a regular お+stem+になる formation, but since the meaning is not really clear, we should add it.

i just googled for "お立てになる" "your".  i still don't see any instances where i 
would translate this as that
