<upd_detl>I don't think the pronunciation of ド as ト has anything to do with the German but is the same phenomenon that leads バッグ to be pronounced バック, ドラッグ as ドラック, ゴッド as ゴット (incidentally Gott in German) etc.
I think it should probably keep the ik? But should at the very least not be split out.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>The German connection is from daijirin, although none of the other refs mention it. The quoted pixiv entry hints at some possible Dutch influence.
I think the irregular tag might be too strong considering how common the form is and how many sources acknowledge it. Probably not a big deal either way.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I think -ト should be hidden, that's what I've done for the other 20-ish entries with ベッド in them. Setting up restrictions for all of them seems like unnecessary work. Splitting all of them into 2 entries, as well.</upd_detl>
