<upd_refs>[vi]: meikyo, sankoku

sankoku has a 話し言葉 tag on かっこつける.
smk has an entry for 格好つける【かっこうつける】 with this note at the bottom:
  口頭語では「かっこつける」とも

カッコつける gets even more hits in the google corpus than the かっこつける form.

I think it might be best to make a new [col] entry for the かっこ form. Many of the kokugos (meikyo, smk, sankoku, daijr) seem to consider かっこ to be a corruption ("転") of 格好 rather than a reading for those kanji.</upd_refs>

<upd_detl>かっこつける May be colloquial even if it is the most, or only used reading. Derived forms tend to be considered colloquial until they have completely supplanted the original, after which point they may be elevated to the original's status. But that does not always occur, some vocabulary continues to be colloquial indefinitely even if the original is long gone.
For an example of the former case take the past た versus たる; for an example of the latter take the sentence-final け versus けり・ける.
If splitting the entry is undesirable, perhaps a note could be added to the same effect.</upd_detl>

I'm comfortable with keeping it all in the one entry. I'm not sure about the "[nokanji]" on かっこつける, but it's no big deal.</upd_detl>
