<upd_detl>As far as I can tell, we don't have anything anywhere indicating the use of ねえ/ねー/ねぇ in place of ない, and it's probably worth having. My first thought was adding it here, but maybe a separate entry with [col] and an xref here would be better?</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>Not a question I can really answer, but I note that many references split ない into two entries in a similar way.
1529520 has been an entry from the beginning of this dictionary, and has been edited a lot. It was split into senses in early 2008 by Rene, shortly after he added this entry.</upd_detl>
