<upd_detl>It seems they're grown in various places. 黒埼茶豆 is the Niigata variety.
We don't usually abbreviate "variety" in glosses (outside of scientific names).</upd_detl>

It says だだちゃ豆 is a variety of 茶豆 from Yamagata (northeast of Niigata).</upd_refs>
