<upd_detl>The problem s that はね上げる could equally well be 跳ね上げる. 跳ね上げる is odd - much more common, but not in references. It's probably "just" the transitive form of 跳ね上る. Certainly Google searches for 跳ね上る + はね上げる bring upmore hits that for 撥ね上げる + はね上げる. Possibly はね上げる needs to be added to 跳ね上げる as well. Need to think about it.</upd_detl>
