<upd_detl>Only 土 is ateji, and since the gloss is "dirt-poor", marking this as ateji looks like a mistake. The x-ref offers an explanation.
There are ド-prefixed terms scattered about, and a lot of the others xref ド[2] as well, so this doesn't seem too out of place.
どん百姓 seems more common than than this term, so the xrefs there seem backwards. Not that anyone should be trying to use this themselves, probably.</upd_detl>
