<upd_detl>I wasn't a fan of "feticide" here(we don't have it on any other terms for abortion), but it seems like there may be some of that implication here.  This is first-and-foremost a medical term, but it appears to be the one adopted by the Japanese legislature, and has a may have a rather stronger association with 堕胎罪. Four kinds codified under law are:
１．堕胎罪
２．同意堕胎罪
３．業務上堕胎罪
４．不同意堕胎罪

In any case, 中絶 or 妊娠中絶 are the more everyday terminology.</upd_detl>
