<upd_detl>Oxford agrees with my intuition that "abortionist" is derogatory. 

I'm not sure if 堕胎医 is supposed to be derogatory or not. I don't think so, but if so, this could be marked [derog] instead.

中絶医 is a much better term for this, and we don't have it (still not sure how everyday it is on the whole). 

There is a book titled "堕胎医", and this is what comes up with a google search, not doctors. This term may be dated. (中絶 is generally more common than 堕胎 these days)

Could delete this entry as A+B.  Doesn't seem to be a common term for this, yet the meaning is self-evident.</upd_detl>
