<upd_detl>Added ミーちゃんハーちゃん with consideration for みーちゃんはーちゃん* and ミーチャンハーチャン** (see bottom of comment)
ミーちゃんハーちゃん actually gets the most hits on ngrams but I put it second because みいちゃんはあちゃん seems to be the definitive origin for this term and consistently the first to show up on online definitions. There is an album titled ミーちゃんハーちゃん from 1982 that may be contributing to the difference.
*みーちゃんはーちゃん: This one gets a fair number of hits on ngrams compared to みいちゃんはあちゃん but I was unable to find any usage of it online, including even a single site that listed it as an alternative spelling. Therefore I did not add it to the entry.
**ミーチャンハーチャン: Returns almost 1/4th as many results as みいちゃんはあちゃん. I did find examples of this being used to mean faddist/follow-the-crowd type, although it seems to be a largely outdated spelling. Below are two examples of it being used:
https://yab.yomiuri.co.jp/adv/wol/campus/trendeye_0903.html
https://uchikoyoga.hatenablog.com/entry/20200314/1584173378
The judgement of an editor is better than my own so I added ミーちゃんハーちゃん as I felt confident about it and included the other two spellings in the references with explanation.</upd_detl>
