If you look at all the entries beginning 慈善, they all center on philanthropy and charity.
The incongruent appearance of "liberality" seems off to me, but the internet tells me one sense of "liberality" is "generosity". If so, I'd just opt for "generosity".
But I'm not sure a second gloss is even necessary here. "benevolent" and "benevolence" seem reasonably well-accepted(and this is a rare term).
