<upd_detl>自他 in sankoku but it's defined intransitively (with no transitive examples). In meikyo and shinmeikai it's intransitive only. The JE examples are all intransitive. The n-grams show that を壊滅させる is much more common than を壊滅する. I don't think there's a strong case for adding vt here.</upd_detl>
