<upd_detl>慄烈 Zero news, zero twitter, no wiktionary, zero wikipedia uses. google book search returns sparse Japanese results, and a pile of Chinese-Japanese dictionaries.
Searched kotobank for りつれつ, lots more kanji. "冽" actually means "cold". 慄烈 (already-present kanji) was the least-common looking in Japanese book results. Ordered based on that.
First page of google results are dictionaries, quickly falling into actual Chinese (for all three forms).</upd_detl>
