<upd_detl>I've been putting this aside as it's a bit of a problem. I think it's probably "just" 全+灯, i.e. prefix+noun. I suspect the n-grams are coming from false positives as the actual WWW pages collected are relatively few.
I'm not convinced it should be an entry.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>Googling this +リモコン brings up pictures of Panasonic, Hitachi, NEC and オーム電機 remote controls with a button labeled like this so it seems common in this context. Does "full light" sound better?</upd_detl>
