<upd_detl>The added reading fits the context of the text which I was reading. It is shown that way in Kenkyusha as the main usage. Maybe the notion of "a non-exhaustive list of items" is the main point, but I have some question over that. The context for me would be like this: "what with roots and what with consolidated ground, there was an assured stability of the tunnel" as opposed to being [a list] of roots and consolidated ground equals stability.</upd_detl>
