<upd_detl>I copied the "[adv-to] [on-mim]" from another onomatopoeic term, so I hope that's right. Here's one page where ボキボキ is referenced: http://dictionary.goo.ne.jp/leaf/je2/82698/m0u/%E3%81%BC%E3%81%8D/ . ボキボキ seems to be frequently used with 鳴らす, as in "握り拳をボキボキ鳴らす", but I don't know if it's worth a separate entry.</upd_detl>
