<upd_detl>I think this and some other [yoji]-tagged entries I glimpsed
seem more like random 4 character compound then idiomatic set
phrases. Broadly speaking, it seems "yoji jukugo" CAN refer to
both (daijs), but if we use the broader term, it seems a
rather pointless endeavour to tag them at all as we're merely
counting characters.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I agree, I wouldn't call 援助交際 a yoji just because it has 4 kanji. Despite Daijisen, I think this one is doubtful.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>yes, almost all of the ones currently in the queue i wouldn't call 'yoji' either. there's a big difference between something like 遺恨試合 and something like 一石二鳥.
they mostly look like fine compounds to have in the system, but this makes me wonder how appropriate the rest of Kanji's list was as a basis for the [yoji] tag</upd_detl>
