<upd_detl>This seems highly likely to be an incorrect Priority tag. I don't see it in any of my JEs (though it could be in gg5, I don't have that).
In fact, the only entries for words just written 斎 that I see in any of my JEs are "斎〈ユ〉 holiness" and "斎〈イミ〉 abstinence；unhappiness" in EDR日英対訳辞書. So it seems likely that this Priority tag is actually due to names, and shouldn't be on any of the words written 斎.</upd_detl>
