<upd_detl>I just created an entry for 急ぎ便 and while searching for a meaning for that, I saw 当日お急ぎ便 frequently. I couldn't find it defined anywhere, so I'm not 100% certain that it is "same-day delivery" and not "next-day delivery", so please  update if I've got it wrong.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I don't think it's "same-day". The Amazon page explains the difference between 当日お急ぎ便 and お急ぎ便.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>i'm not sure.  they apparently also offer お届け日時指定便, which appears to be 'nominated day and time' delivery...  i'm inclined to think that 当日お急ぎ便 may actually be same-day delivery:
「当日お急ぎ便」は注文確定当日に ...  =  "[delivered] the same day as the order is confirmed"?</upd_detl>

"当日お急ぎ便" -amazon -rakuten only gets 1,990 hits (b). It can 
of course be helpful for people shopping on amazon, but is it 
jmdict's job to provide a legend to that particular site?</upd_detl>
