<upd_detl>In searching for this, it seems that it is often used as part of 一人一つずつ, but it is used often enough without the ずつ that I think it deserves an entry as just 一人一つ. It also seems like it may be used as an adverb as well (一人一つ上げてください) but I'm not confident enough in my parts of speech to be sure :-)</upd_detl>
