<upd_detl>Hi, this is labelled a noun, yet the definitions are adjectives. Also, I am not very clear if "dubious" is part of the definition or means that the correctness of the usage is dubious.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>It gets ~100k hits, but many are false. The only occurrence I can find in a reference is the phrase "不告不理の原則", which is in Koj, Daijr, GG5. The latter says: "the principle of no adjudication without prosecution.
I don't know why the "dubious" note was added. I'll remove it, but perhaps the whole entry should go if it can't be confirmed.</upd_detl>

<upd_refs>nikk has it down as a noun and an adj-na with the following
"(1) 道理に合わないこと。理にはずれること。また、そのさま。非理。無理"
there's probably a (2) as well but I can't see it.
"不理な" gets 84 results on bing, but they all seem to be iK
for "不利": "内容はこちら側に相当不理な内容です。", "腸内環境には不理な食
事ですよね。", "購買力平価での比較は、円が独歩高なので不理なのは当然で
す。", "ただ中小企業にとっては戦局不理な時代である。"
So probably arch (rather than obsc?).</upd_refs>
