<upd_detl>I think 寮監 are usually older people who do this as their
main employment, i.e. closer to houseparents, while resident
assistants are basically always senior students.
I included "housemother" and "housefather" mostly for reverse
lookups, dunno if that's the best way to go about it?</upd_detl>
