<upd_detl>i didn't look hard at all, but AFAICT i only see examples of this standing in for 立
てる, which is standard お-masu_stem+になる keigo.  i don't see examples of 
this being used prenominally as "your", etc.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I don't have my main dictionaries with me, but if one searches on Google for the submission plus "your", as per your suggestion once before, one can find many clues. In addition, your [A] link also supports this</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>AFAICT it means: "to raise up", "to establish", etc. Yes, it's a regular お+stem+になる formation, but since the meaning is not really clear, we should add it.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>depends if it's thought to be more idiomatic than any other form, i guess.  it's a 
construction that applies to pretty much any verb, and i'm not sure if this one is 
more special than any other.  お-masu_stem+になる could be a candidate for 
easy addition to wwwjdic's verb conjugation chart.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I guess I have come round to the view that it's really (just) the honorific form of 立てる and if it seemed a bit idiomatic it was due to the fuzziness of 立てる itself. I have checked and we only have a couple of おxxxxになる entries none of which are from regular verbs.
I propose to reject this one.</upd_detl>
