I happen to know this guy and I know he wrote the Wikipedia article on himself (it was deleted from the English Wikipedia but remained on the Japanese edition for some reason). I'm not sure he actually naturalized, even, so this might be little but a random Internet pseudonym. Adding people who only appear in Wikipedia is a waste of time and you get a lot of crap like this included.
