I'm not really a fan of having no conjugation tag at all since it does seem to conjugate. Should we have v1 and v5r with a note? (Jitsuyou: 文法上は誤用。) Maybe something like this?

Googling 勝つる and 勝つた/勝つった I seem to get much more real results for 勝つった. I don't think the ngrams are relevant here. But it might not need a conj tag at all since it might not normally actually be conjugated.
