You beat me to it. A bit frustrating - it has some n-gram counts but usage seems all over the place. I'll revive it (unapproved) for a while in case anyone comes up with a valid gloss.

Unless there's some other reference we missed I don't think this should stay. The wikipedia article where "male gender imbalance" is taken from doesn't mention チンポジウム. So how do we know this is it's meaning? The only mention I found of this doesn't even attribute "male gender imbalance" to this.
