末尾の「※」に記載の通り、未就園児であること自体が批判につながる表現や記載にならないよう留意いただきたい。未就園の背景は様々であり、保育所に入りたくても、言葉の壁などによって就園できない事例もある。「無園児」といった言葉が一人歩きすることや、未就園児＝虐待家庭等のイメージが広がることで、更なる孤立を生まないか懸念する。

この資料の中身とは関係ないんですけれども、この前ニュースで、無園児という言葉が出てきました。どこの園にも属していないこどもたちを無園児と表現していたんですけれども、我々、幼稚園の側からすれば、それは未就園児ではないかという話ですが。
