謳う isn't used for singing and I think sense 3 would always be 謳い込む. As it's an uncommon -込む 複合動詞, I don't think it's needed.

Is rK for one of the 謳 forms ok here? I though if both are sK then you wouldn't even know it could be spelled that way. I also think it could maybe be relevant for the third sense?
