      Yes, but that's something different. The Japanese milk caramels are not a cream but pieces of individually wrapped semi-hard(? again unsure of exact consistency) fudge/toffee

      I'm sure I've tried it but I can't remember the consistency.
      Not sure if this should be glossed as toffee or fudge? Or something else?
