I don't think 特別オファー or スペシャルオファー need adding. They are both A+B compounds with unambiguous meanings.

特別オファー 5594 37.5% スペシャルオファー 9322 62.5% saw FinnAir use 特別オファー in an ad. The original ad copy was probably not in Japanese, but... Not sure if either word is worth making an entry out of, just thought I'd submit this and see what you think.
