Since this is a derived of でございます / copular で + ござんす this should most likely have the [cop] POS. Sankoku gives [aux-v] but I see it also gives [aux-v] for でございます while every other kokugo gives [cop].

we have ござんす but should prob have this one too? I've hears it plenty of times on tv (eg in jidaigeki) arch?
