I'm inclined to split タヒね off into a separate entry along with タヒね and たひね. It can xref to here.

the current structure causes this to happen: https://i.imgur.com/tE7DKCH.png I assume タヒね is still read as "しね", and belongs in the kanji欄? should たひね also be added to the reading欄 as [ik], also maybe restricted? with a brief search, an instance of someone using "たひね" came up https://detail.chiebukuro.yahoo.co.jp/qa/question_detail/q13122598918
