I think we should drop the kanji. You'd never write ちゃま as 様 (which would always be read as さま). "Ms" probably isn't needed here.

Only daijirin includes the kanji form in the headword. Koj, daijs, meikyo, sankoku, and nikk only have kana. I think it's safe to call it [rK]
