      Pretty uncommon. Could probably just add "糞を食らえ" as a search key to the x-ref entry.

      I think it's idiomatic in the sense that you're not actually 
      commanding somebody to ingest excrement, though in this 
      particular case, "eat shit" happens to make sense in English 
      too.
