I cannot find any reliable source for 甥子]/おいご. It was put in by Kanji Haitani in 2007. but he had doubts about it and suggested it may be a 変換ミス for 甥御. Nikkoku has 甥子 for おいっこ, but it often lacks okurigana.
I propose dropping 甥子]/おいご - it could go in its own entry, but I doubt it really exists.
