i agree that the discussion isn't going anywhere so this is going to be my last comment >Conjecture. You brought up the google image results as a convincing metric for the words being different, but using that metric, 熟女 is used in pornographic or r18 contexts more than half of the time, and in all the top results. "熟女 was not even born as a vulgar term ... the porn usage was born later ..." Conjecture. Also it's only jpwiki that thinks this is 2 senses. There are differences in nuance, I agree, but they're close enough that 熟女 is acceptable as the third gloss. It would have been a poor first one.
