I searched some more and it seems that while most kokugos do not recognise this as its own word and just as the inflection of た, I could find two that have it listed as a conjunctive particle (接助) born from the former. My mistake, I should have looked at more references. Unrelated to the above, might we add だら to readings? I have added the note to clarify that だら only applies to sense 1.

[1] Is not a particle, it is the 未然形 of た and [2]-[5] are held to be from と言ったら; I have removed the particle tag on 1. Given that [2]-[5] are technically a separate word, perhaps they should be split for consistency, but it probably causes no harm to leave it like this.
