sankoku has 副 rather than トタル (whereas e.g. 遅々 has トタル) probably not needed though - as mentioned other kokugos say トタル and it could be just some misparsing with the n-grams given the と usage is much more common, shouldn't it lead? [rK] on 渾々 still seems appropriate to me
